Jennifer Nicholas
Department Manager LVN

Jennifer Nicholas is the Surrogacy Department Manager at ACRC in North Carolina, a devoted single mom of two. Former Fertility Nurse for over 2 years. Inspired by her own journey with PCOS and infertility, she pursued a career to help others facing similar challenges. Passionate about assisting women and couples on their fertility journey. Jennifer loves her work and feels she's exactly where she's meant to be!

Samantha is the Assistant Manager & Intake Coordinator in Pennsylvania's Surrogacy Department. Married to Bryan for 5 years, with three kids: Austin, Nolin, and Sawyer. Passionate about aiding families through surrogacy, fostering friendships, and conducting heartwarming match meetings. Loves witnessing the initial connections between intended parents and surrogates, especially when it leads to confirmed matches!

Catherine Rodriguez, actively involved in third-party reproduction for 5 years, focusing on gamete donation. Holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Louisiana State University at Alexandria. A passionate advocate for the process, having been an egg donor herself. Enjoys guiding fellow donors for a positive experience. In spare time, loves traveling and outdoor activities with her husband and four children.
