Do I suffer a big lose if my surrogate failed the embryo transfer

Nowadays, there is no 100% successful implantation in medical technology, even though you have good quality embryos and your surrogate has physical status. Generally the success rate is about 60%~ 80% if you have good quality embryos and a higher success rate if using donor eggs.

Based on the surrogacy agreement, there is up to 3 times embryo transfer at both parties' will. In most cases, the surrogate will make another transfer if she failed the first and second implantations. There are definitely expenses related to each embryo transfer. However, your lose is very limited.

In the event, if you or your surrogate change mind or your IVF doctor diagnosed the surrogate is not qualified for another transfer. You will have to rematch with another surrogate, you will redo the process from the beginning. You shall pay the new surrogate's expenses related to screening, legal and embryo transfer. It will be expensive. At ACRC, you do not pay an additional agency fee for a rematch if the reasons are from the surrogate.
