Age
Must be between the ages of 21 and 38.
Must Be U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
The applicant cannot reside in the following states: Nebraska, Louisiana, and Michigan.
One Successful Pregnancy
Must have had at least one uncomplicated pregnancy and delivery along with having raised your own child as well.
Must Have Body Mass Index of No Higher Than 30

Non-Smoker and Non-Drug User
Including marijuana, even if you live in the legal states.
Good Physical and Mental Health
Applicant must be in good health.
Screenings
Must agree to drug, criminal and psychological screening.
It Takes A Village
Although our case management team offers never-ending support to our surrogates, we want to ensure your spouses, partners, family, and friends are supportive throughout the journey as well.
Finances and Living Conditions
Surrogates must be financially stable and in a healthy living environment. Food stamps or other forms of government assistance may need to be given up for surrogacy.
