Shen (Leo) Li started as an investor in China before moving to U.S. He became inspired about pursuing the surrogacy path when a family member conceived twins through surrogacy. Realizing that surrogacy could help a lot of families who are struggling with infertility, Leo started studying surrogacy when he moved to U.S. where he acquired IVF knowledge from his mentor who has been in the IVF industry for 18 years as an embryologist.
Leo founded ACRC (Formerly known as AHS) to help intended parents from China, specially since the Chinese “one child policy” changed, opening a great demand and hope for families who always dreamed of having more children.
ACRC has already helped hundreds of intended parents from China since 2016, it’s rapid growth is enabling the expansion of the company to Japan, China and Canada as Leo and the team works tirelessly to help infertility and LGBT families from all over the world.
Surrogacy Coordinator Manager
Mayara Langley is a nursing student, mother of 2 beautiful children, who has more than 5 years of experience as a birth and postpartum doula. She has always been passionate about pregnancy and child birth which motivated her to not only help families have their babies but to also help carry a baby as a gestational carrier for families who can't carry for themselves.
As an experience gestational carrier and Coordinator Manager for surrogacy, Mayara also guide the team and the surrogates through their journeys always wearing the "surrogate hat" advocating for them and making sure they have the 24/7 support they need for a great surrogacy experience.
Nikki DuBose is a former model turned author, speaker, and advocate. She is a psychology student at California Southern University and has collaborated with Harvard University’s STRIPED Program, helping to write their student and teaching lessons on eating disorders, legislation, and the fashion industry. She has helped pass laws for models and children, and has been interviewed in the media on shows such as Investigation Discovery, The Doctors, and the TD Jakes Show. At 34 years old, Nikki loves children and hopes to be a mom someday through surrogacy.
Bradford A. Kolb, MD, FACOG

Dr. Bradford Kolb received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of California, Irvine after which, he completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Northwestern University and a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility at the University of Southern California, receiving board certification in both fields.
He is internationally known for his expertise in complex reproductive matters and is one of the largest providers of egg donation and surrogacy in the United States with patients traveling from around the world to HRC Fertility Pasadena to see him. His practice is known for helping to develop and implementing cutting edge technologies in the genetic screening of embryos, the development of new laboratory technologies and the development of highly efficient treatment. In addition to his high success rates, patients are also impressed with his warm bedside manner, compassion and dedication.
